- Wanting a stronger practice
- Wanting a breath-based, focus practice, (Hatha Yoga)
- Free of injury or understands how to modify postures
- An energizing class building strength and flexibility. Use of breath co-ordinated to movement. The class also includes breathing practice, relaxation and/or meditation. You will leave the class feeling invigorated and restored with energy.
