Terms and Conditions:

This page provides the refund and cancellation policies for Peaceful Living Yoga, (PLY). We trust you understand that there are ongoing financial responsibilities in running a business, even for a small business, like Peaceful Living Yoga. To ensure that our 15 year old business can continue to offer classes for the local community into the future, we ask that when purchasing classes you consider the terms and conditions below. 

We understand that at times unexpected events may lead you to miss or cancel a class. We will do our best to work with you for a fair outcome. The terms and conditions below are designed to be fair to both parties.  

Class passes:

• 5 and10 class passes are offered at a discounted fee, (per class), with the condition that they are used within an expiry date. Please ensure that you use passes within the expiry date. Extensions will only be granted at the discretion of PLY for exceptional circumstances. Request for extensions can be made in writing.
  

• All class passes are not refundable or transferable.
• Concession prices are available for people who hold a current pension card. Senior cards are not accepted.
• To be eligible for concession prices you must show proof of current pension card.

Restorative classes: 

• Restorative classes are not refundable unless the place is fill by another person. Any refund offered will be less administration costs 20% of the total cost paid.
• Money paid for a Restorative class cannot be transferred to purchase class passes unless the place is fill by another person. Any refund offered will be less administration costs 20% of the total cost paid.
• Restorative classes are not transferable to another time/month unless the place is fill by another person. 

Subscriptions:

• Subscriptions cannot be transferred to other persons.
• We do not offer refunds for partial membership periods or if you have not used the service. Make sure you cancel your subscription at least 48 hours prior to the next billing cycle. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. 
• You can resume your membership at any time.

Peaceful Living Yoga reserves the rights to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time.
