Beautiful Breath Yoga Masterclass hosted by Sarasvati and Mary. Our breath is an intimate link to our physical, mental and inner state.

In this Yoga Masterclass, we will explore the gift of your breath and its potential. You will use the breath in your postures and as a tool for moving towards relaxation and meditation. You will become more intimate and comfortable with your breath as a reflection of your inner state.

This masterclass is suitable if you are a student or teacher of Yoga and want to further explore the breath as a tool for your practice on and off the mat.
